Confidentiality is a core value for TVP. We see hundreds of investment proposals each year and work hard to ensure that each company's information is treated confidentially and respectfully. While a NDA is not a requirement for TVP, it may be desirable for the company seeking funding.

Attached is an industry standard NDA which you may lodge to formally notify us of the confidentiality of your material (see FAQ on usage). If you elect to lodge a NDA, please download this form, sign and fax to TVP. In order to preserve consistency and to have effective processes, we do not sign NDA's other than the industry standard version on this site.
